Whether you are seeking a quiet retreat to deepen your meditation practice, reconnect with nature in our lush gardens, or simply unwind in a supportive community, KMEC offers the perfect sanctuary for your needs. We offer meal plans and yoga classes (upon availability) at an extra charge.
Kitchen Use and Meal Packages
We strive to provide nourishment for both body and soul at KMEC. To ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining facilities, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding kitchen use.
Monthly plans start at $475 per person (that’s less than $8 a meal!)
Kitchen Use Hours: Please note that kitchen use will be limited to specific hours during the day. This allows our dedicated kitchen staff to prepare, cook, and serve meals for our valued guests and Ohana (family) members efficiently.
Meal Packages: We are thrilled to offer an extremely convenient and affordable meal plan option for your stay at KMEC. Our meal package includes two (lunch and dinner) delicious vegan meals a day, crafted with love and mindfulness. By opting for our meal plan, you will enjoy the convenience of wholesome meals without the hassle of cooking and cleanup.
We believe that food not only fuels the body but also nourishes the soul. Our kitchen team is dedicated to providing you with culinary delights that reflect our commitment to sustainability, health, and compassion.
Our kitchen is a vegan/vegetarian facility and does not serve meat, fish, or eggs. Guests are kindly asked to refrain from eating or cooking non-vegetarian foods on the property. We encouraged everyone to join our Ohana (family) during dining hours.
Indulge in a variety of nutritious and flavorful vegan dishes, carefully prepared to nourish your body and support your well-being. Most of our ingredients come from our beautiful organic gardens.
Meal plans include 2 vegan meals (lunch and dinner) per day:
Monthly meal plan: $475 per person
Weekly meal plan: $190 per person

If you are looking for a quiet and simple getaway, this is it!
The newly constructed Milo Orchard mini cabin is small and simple, but always dry and comfy inside with a single bed. It is secluded in our milo forest orchard and has a new lanai (deck) for relaxing or stargazing.

The Lilikoi cabin is a cozy, cute, and private ground level walk-in cabin surrounded with flowers and plants to sweeten the view.
The lovely Lilikoi cabin has a comfortable queen bed. A private yet open space with immediate access to restrooms as-well as the dining area.

The newly renovated octagonal Mango cabin was built with extra comfort in mind, including 360° windows and a covered seating area overlooking the orchard.
The Mango cabin includes a queen bed and sturdy wood bunk beds. This is a great cabin for those wanting to be close to the dining area and still have privacy within your own space. Hot showers and bathrooms are right next door.

Catch your breath from the hustle and bustle in the serenity of our charming Rollinia cabin, offering a queen bed and two sturdy wood single beds. Different bed arrangements can be made to suit your needs.
The tranquil and airy Rollinia is one of the larger cabins on the property and its own spacious personal balcony overlooking the heart of the community.

deluxe Cabin: Butterfly

The Butterfly is a 20’ x 24’ spacious cabin that boasts a beautiful screened-in lanai (porch) offering spectacular views of the new lava fields with an ocean backdrop.
The 14’ x 14’ bedroom offers a variety of bed arrangements, for example one full bed and two comfortable single beds. Different bed arrangements can be made to suit your needs. This deluxe cabin has a beautiful living room deck, closet rack, desk, and private bathroom.

Booking Policy Highlights:
📅 Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change. You are eligible for a 50% refund if you cancel up to one week prior to your scheduled arrival, excluding fees. Please note that cancellations made less than seven days before your local check-in time on the day of arrival are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, no refunds are provided for unused nights or early departures.
👥 Guest Agreement: As our valued guest, we kindly ask you to adhere to all rules and regulations of KMEC during your stay. While enjoying our facilities and community, please remember that you are a guest rather than a tenant. Your cooperation ensures a harmonious environment for everyone. We are a vegetarian and substance-free facility. KMEC holds quiet hours from 9PM - 8AM. Please refrain from playing loud music or making loud noises in our facilities, hosting parties, or inviting guest without prior notification to KMEC Management.
